Summary : Medieval stone boundary marker at Saddlebole, 180 metres west of Findlow Farm.
More information : Medieval stone boundary marker, measuring 1.20 metres by 0.75 metres and 0.55 metres high, located close to the parish boundary between Chorley and Over Alderley. An excavation in 1997 revealed its original position nearby which was on the crest of a timber revetted bank with a socket for the stone. (1)
