Summary : Deer park, covering an area of 131 hectares, created in 1376 by Bishop William Wykeham and was known as the New Park or Little Park. It was landscaped during the late 18th century and early 19th century and opened to the public. By the early 19th century pleasure grounds were laid out within the curtain wall of Farnham Castle. Much of the park was converted into a golf course in 1930.
