Summary : A bowl barrow on Gussage Hill, located among the earthworks of the later prehistoric settlement (ST 91 SE 3) and part of a small group of barrows located just south of the Dorset Cursus (Linear 41). Listed by Grinsell as Gussage St Michael 15 and by RCHME as Gussage St Michael 31. RCHME fieldwork recorded the barrow as a mound 25 feet in diameter and ploughed almost flat. [This barrow was originally recorded as part of ST 91 SE 11. That record should be consulted for further details and additional sources]
