Landscape park and pleasure grounds to the Bishops Palace. The pleasure grounds were laid out by Bishop George Henry Law between 1824-45 and were continued to be developed throughout the 19th century and early 20th century. The park was first enclosed during in 1207 and was landscaped during the early 19th century.
