Historic England Research Records

Monument Number 1217905

Hob Uid: 1217905
Location :
City of Peterborough
Maxey
Grid Ref : TF1373007380
Summary : A possible ring ditch is visible as a faint cropmark on air photographs at circa TF 1373 0730. Its proximity to the western side of the causewayed enclosure TF 10 NW 51 raises the possibility that it actually represents the partly-excavated ditched feature designated Etton Woodgate (TF 10 NW 100), although the grid reference would actually place the ring ditch between the two sites.
