Summary : Former racket courts, now used as laboratories. The western block was built in 1874-5, under the aegis of Colonel Clarke RE but probably designed by Colonel Charles Pasley. The central screen fronting a fives court and the eastern racquet court, of identical design to the existing building, was added in 1882-3. The building was partially converted to an engineering laboratory in 1905-6.
