MONUMENT NO. 1131108

DESCRIPTION + /

A 20th Century mound was visible during field investigations. The mound measures 7.5m in diameter and 1m high. It contains mainly stone, some earth and a few pieces of brick. The mound is either a clearance cairn from agricultural improvements or the result of a demolition phase at the end of the Second World War when the site of the mound was originally the eastern end of a target railway (SS 94 NW 126)
