A slight trace still remains of a mound known as the Roundabout.
Recently ploughed out, it was "quite a high mound with a ditch
all round it". (2-3)

An irregular mound at the bottom of a valley measuring 90.0m from
north-east to south-west, by 60.0m transversely, and about 2.0m in
height, It is now grass covered and appears to be natural;
probably of glacial origin. (4)
