HUTTON JOHN

DESCRIPTION + /

Late 14th century pele tower, extended in the 16th and 17th centuries and altered in 1660, 1730, 1835 and 1867. Built of sandstone with slate and lead roofs. The adjoining barn may incorporate part of the 16th century curtain wall.
