MONUMENT NO. 1082168

A possible Bronze Age bowl barrow circa 30 metres south east of Windmill Hill causewayed enclosure, seen as a low earthwork mound with a surrounding ditch visible as a cropmark. The barrow was recorded for the first time by RCHME in 1990. Barrows in the vicinity of Windmill Hill were included in survey and documentary research by RCHME for the Industry and Enclosure in the Neolithic Project. See the archive report for details.
