Summary : Conjectural site of the Roman turret, no visible remains.
More information : (Area NY 3189 5908) At the measured position of Turret 72A at West End, Burgh-by-Sands, the topsoil yielded two sherds, from different vessels, of Hadrianic or later date. No further investigation was made. (1)
