More information : A Medieval or Post Medieval field system of ridge and furrow was
visible as earthworks and mapped from poor quality air photographs.
The ridge and furrow survives over an extensive area, W-E from
TF 4265 9010 to TF 4510 9247 and N-S from TF 4300 9304 to
TF 4470 9037. The `blocks' range in size from 70m by 120m to 120m
by 600m.
