Summary : Stone-built farmhouse incorporating the shell of the 13th century chapel of a grange belonging to the Priors of Wenlock.
More information : (SO 5934 9196). Great Oxenbold is a large stone farmhouse incorporating a Medieval grange of the Priors of Wenlock. It was acquired by the abbey in the 13th century, and retains the blocked lancet windows and other remains of an Early English chapel. Grade II*. (1-2)
