Summary : 15-27 Lower Road. A terrace of seven houses designed by C H Reilly for William Hesketh Lever in 1906. The terrace is in the form of a crescent, is single storeyed, and constructed of roughcast with a tiled roof. The ground floor is recessed behind an iron colonnade, above which, in the cat slide roof are round headed dormers with scroll bracketed supports.
