Summary : Probable Prehistoric or Roman settlement consisting of enclosures and a hut circle seen as cropmarks.
More information : A probable Prehistoric or Roman settlement seen as cropmarks and
mapped from good quality air photographs. It consists of an
incomplete, rectangular ditched enclosure at TF 0488 3430, 40m by
35m, with another enclosure, 40m by 40m, adjoining its northern
side, at TF 0487 3433. To the west, is a group of linear features,
which possibly form part of at least another three enclosures,
including a hut circle at TF 0477 3436.
