Summary : Roman vallum ditch observed on the ground and visible on air photographs, as a depression about 15m wide and up to 0.5m deep, with no sign of the mound to the south.
More information : Ditch 1.5m deep with slight evidence of a mound (1a). Visible as a slight, unsurveyable depression. Depression about 15m wide and up to 0.5m deep, no sign of the south mound (1b). (1a-1b) Scheduled (2) A short section of ditch, 110 metres in length (NY 3474 5852 to NY 3485 5849) was visible as earthworks on air photographs and mapped as part of the Hadrian's Wall NMP project. (3)
