Turret 76A was identified on the ground in 1948. Its position is in a hedge, 39ft east of the garden gate south of Drumburgh School House. (2)

No visible remains. (3)

There is inadequate information from the above excavation (2) for the position or condition of the turret; there is no surface trace in the area NY 2621 5997. (4)
