More information : 'One of the severest gales of wind that has been known for a great many years on the north coast of Cornwall, occurred last week, and continued from the 20th to the 23rd...And another (an East or West Indiaman) [has been wrecked] at Marsland Mouth; part of the crew of the latter saved.'
