BINSCOMBE III

Excavations in 1971 at Binscombe Site III uncovered the site of a villa of several phases dating from the 1st-4th centuries AD. This site was probably part of Binscombe II. Buildings, opus siginum and tessellated floors were uncovered. This area has now been built over.
