Summary : Tower house, probably built in the mid or late 15th century, with an attached, 16th century, wing now a separate dwelling. The house was altered in 1663, 1880 and 1904. Square, three storey tower with a two storey extension to the rear and a lower two storey wing adjoining. The tower is thin walled and may be 19th century, but the present owner reports finding foundations of a second tower in the cellar. |
