A Bronze Age bowl barrow forming part of the Cow Down Barrow Cemetery. The barrow was designated as Collingbourne Ducis 12 by Grinsell (1957) and survives as an earthwork 31 metres in diameter and 1.5 metres high. The top of the mound has been destroyed by trenching and the ditch damaged by military action. Excavations by W.C Lukis in 1855 recorded a primary cremation and a possible secondary inhumation and cremation. The secondary cremation was accompanied by two shale and five amber beads.
