Summary : A possible barrow published on OS 25" 1910, but not in existance by 1957 as not recorded by either Grinsell or Thomas.
More information : SU 21635207: A mound is shown on OS 6" c.1910 but it is not listed by either Grinsell (VCH 1 Wilts 1957) or by Thomas (Prehistoric England, 1960). It cannot be identified on air photographs (1) possibly a natural feature. A mound published on OS 6" c.1910 at SU 21635206 was evidently not in existance by 1957 since it is not recorded by Grinsell or noted by Thomas. It is conceivably the site of a further barrow. (2)
