More information : SU 21745210: Collingbourne Kingston 10, a bowl barrow 20 paces in diameter, 3ft high. (1) Excavated by Colt Hoare (RCH 12) without result. (2) Excavations by Thomas in 1957 found that the barrow (Barrow 13, site X) had no ditch. Post and stake holes were found within the interior which were interpreted as an earlier occupation site by Thomas, these could represent an earlier pre-mound phase to the barrow. Finds including flint implements, beaker and grooved ware pottery were also recovered. (3-4)
