Summary : Parish church; part of the original Hospital of St Giles, founded in 1112 AD, the site of the hospital was moved in 1180, (NZ 24 SE 91). North nave wall circa 1114, chancel late 12th century, tower early 13th and early 15th century; additions of 1873.
