Situated on Holme Hill near Paull, this underground monitoring post is of re-enforced concrete construction. Listed as Saltend (Hull) Post 20/N.4 it was opened in June 1962, closing in October 1968. The building was at little or no risk when surveyed by the Fortress Studies Group during the Holderness Survey in 1992. It was in excellent condition, still showing the entrance hatch and air vent above the surface. (1) A Royal Observer Corps monitoring post.
