More information : SU 19928091; A scatter of Roman-British tile, wall plaster, pottery and Medieval pottery was identified at Medbourne Lane. Other find also included part of a Medieval bone knife-handle. The Roman material may have been re-used from the nearby villa site (SU 18 SE 37). The quantity of Medieval pottery may indicate a nearby settlement. (1)
