House constructed 1650, rebuilt in 1816-18 by William Wilkins for the fourth Viscount of Falmouth and in 1845-8 by Lewis Vulliamy for the 2nd Earl of Falmouth. Has a long range with a central spine corridor in Tudor gothic style, designed by Wilkins. (1)
