Middle Howe Bronze Age tumulus no longer survives as an earthwork, but is visible as a cropmark forming a circular ditch, 31 metres in diameter. (4-5)
Two further Bronze Age tumuli can be seen on air photographs taken in 2005. The compacted material of the mounds show as pale soil marks at SE98077 37224, and SE 98003 37158. They measure approximately 18 metres and 23 metres diameter respectively.(6-7)
