Summary : A town house of circa 1770, erected at the same time as the present Eastage to a plan of either Joseph Turner of Hawarden or Mr Heyden, Surveyor of Buildings for Lord Grosvenor. Now a building society office and third storey shop, the structure is rendered, possibly over brick, and stone dressed with a grade grey slate roof. It is of three storeys plus cellar and roof attic. At street level there is a Tuscan colonnade and there is no Row walkway.
