More information : [SE 36315649] St. Robert's Well, a holy well, situated a short distance above Grimbald Bridge, in a field called Holykeld-Sykes, on the north side of the R. Nidd. (1) St. Robert's Well is a natural spring which has now been piped into a modern watering system. There is no trace of antiquity about the present structure. (2) Additional bibliography. (3)
