Summary : A pack-horse bridge, of medieval date, which crosses the Colne Water at Wycoller. The bridge is composed of two arches which are segmental, with roughly dressed voussoirs and a simple band behind them. The bridge is Scheduled and Listed Grade II*.
More information : The Colne Water "rises in the Forest of Trawden a
few miles south of Wycoller, where it is crossed by a pack-horse
bridge with two arches". This bridge is unique as one of the
arches is curtailed and deformed. Gd 2. (1-2)
