MONUMENT NO. 444731

An octagonal socket stone with a plinth stood in a courtyard in St Lawrence Lane. It has been hollowed out to form a trough. It may be part of Gulwell Cross (SX 76 NE 14) or Ladywell Cross (SX 76 NE 8). The socket stone has been destroyed - broken up and used as filling for a well.
