MONUMENT NO. 443954

The remains of a round cairn located within Great Stannon Newtake. The cairn survives as a 5.3 metre diameter and 0.7 metre high stony mound. It was investigated by the Dartmoor Exploration Committe towards the end of the 19th century, whose work revealed a central pit filled with charcoal. Scheduled.
