Summary : A round, flat-topped cairn, 12.0m by 11.2m and 0.8m high. It seems to have escaped the attentions of antiquarian excavators and there is no evidence to suggest the former presence of a cist or kerb. A boundary bank, possibly marking the edge of Trowelsworthy Warren uses this cairn as a waypoint. The Bronze Age cairn, recorded by previous authorities, is visible as an earthwork on Environment Agency 1m Lidar data flown in 2019 and 2021 Historic England orthomosaic aerial photography. The site was mapped from aerial sources in 2023 during the Historic England Dartmoor-Plym project.
