Summary : Treffy Farmhouse is thought to have been built in circa 1710 and was altered and added on in the later 18th, 19th and 20th century. It stands on the site of a medieval manor house, which was the home of the Treffy family. The farmhouse is built of stone rubble and granite. The front is slate hung with artificial slate. The two storey house is built to a rectangular double pile plan. The house retains an unusually complete early 18th century interior. |
