More information : [SW 84884332] Tumulus [NR]. (1) A large mound 1.5m high densely overgrown with furze and brambles. This is probably the remains of a bowl barrow, but the N.E. quadrant has been completely destroyed and the centre has been dug out to below ground level. Henderson states that the hill it is on is called Cegou Hill and that the name is probably the plural of creeg - a barrow. Surveyed at 1:2500. (2) A large mound, 5' high, the NE quadrant of which is destroyed. There is some doubt as to whether it is the remains of a round barrow but Henderson(a) is quoted as evidence for it being genuine.
