Summary : Round barrow-ploughed out
More information : TQ 88885661. Ploughed out round barrow, visible on OS air
photographs 83/003 Nos 040-1. No trace on ground but in a good
false crest position. (1)

The well defined cropmark shown on the air photographs in corn
stubble indicates a ditched round barrow c.39.0m in overall diameter
with a c.24.0m diameter mound and what appears to be a circular
central pit c.8.0m across. It lies in an undulating and regularly
cultivated arable field. (2)

Ring ditch of former round barrow visible as a cropmark. (3)
