More information : (TQ 55699824) Bois Hall (N.R.) (1)
Two rainwater heads, bearing the date 1687, were removed from the front of Bois Hall in 1953. "If the present house is of this date considerable alterations must have taken place late in the 18th or early in the 19th century". Grade II. (2-3)
Bois Hall is not outstanding, none the less the details it exhibits (box windows, blocked windows, 3 brick string-course, Flemish Bond, cut brick eaves-course) all point to a late 17th/early 18th c date. See G.P. (4)
