Summary : Possible round barrow identified by O.G.S. Crawford and W.J. Hemp in 1937. The earthwork survives as a low flat-topped platform, circular in outline and 30-35 metres in diameter. It stands to a height of 0.6 metres above ground level where best preserved on the south and it has been truncated here by a shallow arcing ditch, 0.2 metres deep that extends for a distance of at least 60 metres on an east to west alignment. This monument was discovered by OGS Crawford and W.J Hemp on 25th November 1937. It now survives as a low flat-topped platform, circular in outline and 30-35 metres in diametre. It stands to a height of 0.6 metres above ground level where best preserved on the south and it has been truncated here by a shallow arcing ditch, 0.2 metres deep that extends for a distance of at least 60 metres on an east to west alignment.
