More information : TQ 181692 A Roman altar, was found in the garden of a house in Eden Street, Kingston-on-Thames, and is now, (1963) in Kingston Museum. Inscribed Dei fortuni et numinibus Augustorum: no evidence that it was in situ'. See illus. AO 63/195/1 & 2. No further information. "The site and date of its original discovery are unknown. It may well have been brought to Kingston from some other locality, but is presumably of British origin."
