Ornamental pond with folly
More information :
(TM 01265821). A tumulus on the west of Finborough Hall at Devils Hill. (1)
TM 01275821. The mound near Devil's Hill stands on the edge of a NW facing spur within Finborough Park. It measures 26.0m. in diameter and 3.5m. in height and is surrounded by slight traces of a ditch c3.0m. wide. On the summit is a brick folly and the mound was almost certainly constructed as an ornamental feature of the park. (2)
