More information : (TL 97636263) Lady's Well (NR). (1) A Medieval holy well, the water of which was said to be beneficial for bad eyes. (2) Situated at the base of the moat (TL 96 SE 8) it is encased in brickwork with a metal capping. Surveyed at 1:2500. (3) TL 976626. Lady's Well (holy well and moat) - scheduled. (4) No change. Published 1:2500 survey correct. (5)
