More information : About 40 LBA implements along with about 50 lbs of metal (partially fused) were found at Camberlow Green pre 1877 at the bottom of a well-shaped hole circa 2ft in diameter and circa 2 1/2ft below the surface, by drainers working in a field for a Mr Fossey. The hoard was comprised of palstaves, winged and socketed axes, fragments of swords and daggers and a quantity of scrap metal. There were reports of portions of pots having been found near, though none were seen. No other objects are known to have been found near this spot. The finds are now in the University Museum of Arch and Ethnology, Cambs. (1-3)
