Summary : The remains of a medieval to post merdieval homestead moat, once probably rectangular in plan.
More information : (TL 3883 2730) Moat (NR) (1) Fragment of a homestead moat at Hobb's. (2) The remains of a rectangular homestead moat comprising the W, part of the S arm, and the inner lip of part of the N arm; all dry and overgrown with trees. The remainder has been filled in. Hobb's farmhouse was demolished during the last war. Published survey (25") revised. (3)
