More information : A monastic grange and the remains of buildings have been found at Saltby (SK 85 26). (1) Saltby was granted to the Abbey of Croxton Kerrial, by Sir Andrew Louterel circ 1363. (2) Local enquiries could not add any other information about the site of a monastic grange. (3)
