More information : [Area SK 2156 6847] A 10th or 11th (2) century cross-shaft,
in Bakewell churchyard was formerly at The Holt, Two Dales, Darley.
It is first recorded as found at Burley Fields farm [name SK 276 642]
but exact details of its disovery are lacking. Scheduled. [There is
another cross in the churchyard - see SK 26 NW 13-& a large number of
fragments in the S porch and N aisle of the church - see SK 26 NW 22
(1-3)

The cross is now situated at SK 21556845.
