Lichfield as it was circa 1350 AD. (1)

No trace of this gate remains. A plaque, at SK 11750921 reads, "The
site of the Culstubbe Gate or bar of the city erected by Bishop
Roger de Clinton (1129-1148) who also surrounded the city by a
moat. The bar remained until the end of the 18th century". (2)
