A mound, probably a bowl barrow.

[SU 727817] A large mound, probably a motte. (1)
SU 72688161. On level ground in a field SW of Silgrove Wood
there is a large mound much reduced by cultivation.
It is circular on plan and measures approx. 40m. in diameter by
1.6m in height. There are faint traces of a ditch.
The mound is too small for a motte: it is probably a large bowl
barrow.
