Two Bronze Age round barrows are visible as cropmarks of ring ditches on aerial photographs. The two barrows have been exacavated and dated to the Bronze Age based on the presence of a bucket urn and radio-carbon dating evidence. The barrows were excavated prior to gravel extraction and have been destroyed.
