Site of a Roman villa with a bath suite and mosaics. The site was first discovered in 1956 at Meadow Way, Badbury, during construction of a housing estate. Excavations took place the following year and in 1969-71. Earliest occupation appears to have been circa 50-60AD and continued into the 4th century.
